Bible Journaling Lesson: Our Hiding Place

In this world, we are gonna face troubles, and fear and all of those unwanted feelings will occasionally rise up within us. As Christians, God is our secret immovable hiding place. He is our special fortress and whenever life overwhelms us we can always run to Him.

In May of 2021, I went on an incredible trip to Michigan. I met up with some friends that I was doing ministry with at the time and at the retreat we were gifted RED blankets. It was a representation of safety that we have in The Lord. He wraps us up and we can find comfort in his arms. Draw near to Him, sweet friends and He will draw near to you. Hide in His comfort and encouragement. Seek Him through prayer and keep your mind on Him because God’s presence is near and YOU ARE PROTECTED.
